Scope of Service

CodaStudio care plans cover routine maintenance and focused WordPress support for one self-hosted WordPress website. This page explains the usual working scope; the plan selected at checkout and any separate written quote take priority where they are more specific.

Included in routine care

  • Daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring and security checks
  • Troubleshooting WordPress errors and update-related issues
  • Plugin setup and configuration using existing features
  • Redirects, image optimization and focused speed improvements
  • Small CSS, layout and content changes
  • Recovery assistance for a hacked or unavailable WordPress site
  • WordPress advice related to a specific support request

How support requests work

  • One active request at a time unless a separate agreement says otherwise
  • Small tasks typically take about 30 minutes or less
  • Unlimited plans cover qualifying small requests submitted sequentially
  • Our target is a same-business-day response; resolution time depends on complexity and third parties
  • Each plan covers one website

Services we can scope separately

Some work is available as a separate service or project rather than routine plan work. This may include WooCommerce troubleshooting and configuration, technical SEO, migrations, multisite, custom development, major performance projects, theme implementation and agency or multi-site arrangements. We confirm scope and pricing before separately billable work begins.

Outside routine plan scope

  • Building a complete new website or full redesign
  • Open-ended custom plugin or theme development
  • Paid media management, link building or traffic guarantees
  • Bulk data entry, virtual-assistant work or large content migrations
  • Support for non-WordPress platforms or sites hosted on WordPress.com
  • Work requiring access, licenses or cooperation that the customer or a third party cannot provide
  • Phone support unless included in a separate written agreement
