1) Please do not imply that you are part of the administrative or sales team at CodaStudio. This only confuses our users. Speak and refer people to our service based on your experiences and your personal approval!

2) You may not bid on our company name “CodaStudio” in any Adwords or PPC campaigns.

3) You may advertise our services using PPC, but must direct users to your site and then refer them to CodaStudio by using your affiliate links.

4) You may not earn commissions from your own purchases or by using any secondary website you own to benefit from 2nd tier commissions.

5) You may not use spam techniques to promote our services. Please don’t be spammy or annoying when promoting VaiusWP. Be genuine, be helpful, be yourself!

6) We’ll send you commissions once a month if your commission balance is above the $100 minimum. If you don’t meet the minimum amount, don’t worry; we’ll roll those funds over to the next month and once you hit your minimum, we’ll make payment.

7) You will need a Paypal account in order to receive commissions.

We appreciate you following these rules. If we feel that you are abusing our affiliate program, we reserve the right to terminate our relationship and your affiliate account with us.
